Our policies

Consignments will only be taken on an appointment basis. Walk-ins are no longer accepted.

Consigners are able to bring in up to 15 items for potential consignment during their scheduled appointments. NOT ALL items are guaranteed to be accepted and will be inspected/selected upon drop-off.

Items brought in for consignment will have a floor life of 60 days minimum. After this time it is up to the Magnolia Room if we will be keeping items on the sales floor or if we will be initiating our pick-up/donate policy.

First time consigners will be required to sign the 'Magnolia Room Contract' that specifies whether items are to be donated or reclaimed after their floor time. If not picked up after the designated 'grace period' items will be donated to a charity of our choice.
